These Terms of Service apply to all work carried out by Engage Media. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Services

Engage Media provides video production, scripting, producing, and content strategy services. The scope of work for each project will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Pricing and payment

All pricing will be provided upfront and agreed before work starts. Payment terms will be outlined in the proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within the timeframe specified.

Late payments may result in delays to project delivery.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and any required materials needed to complete the project. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.

Creative approach

Engage Media works collaboratively and aims to keep content natural and unscripted. While guidance is provided, final performance and messaging are influenced by client participation and comfort on camera.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in the agreed scope. Requests outside the original scope may incur additional costs.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, final delivered content becomes the property of the client once full payment has been received. Engage Media retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, costs incurred to date may still be payable. Any cancellation terms will be discussed and confirmed upfront.

Limitation of liability

Engage Media is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or content. We do our best to deliver high-quality work but cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the Engage Media website.
